We began as a parent parking lot discussion session after every Monday meeting. Where senior member staff and two moms often discussed what was planned and needed for the activities ahead. 

These moms wanted to help from a distance to allow autonomy of their cadets inside the program. Joining as a senior member just wasn't part of the big picture. Gaining independence from parents was the real journey. 

What better way to help, than being an outside support system for all of the amazing endeavors of Lafayette Composite Squadron?

Now we're finally budding into a full fledged Parent Booster Club. We are driven to see all cadets fulfill their greatest potential. Thanks to the guidance of dedicated Civil Air Patrol Senior Members willing to take them there, and parents that set their little birds free.
